There is no uniform requirement at Jai Sua Muay Thai. However, there are some equipment requirements:

 

Kids Classes

 

Boxing gloves, shin pads, a mouth guard and a groin guard (in the case of boys) are required for all kids. These can be ordered individually, or as a set at a total cost of €50.

 

Adult Classes

 

Boxing gloves are required, and hand wraps are advisable – these will protect your hands and help keep your gloves clean.

 

For fighter classes, all students require 16oz sparring gloves, shin pads, groin guard and gum shields.
