Jai Sua is headed up by a dedicated team of coaches and assistant coaches. Each coach has competed in Muay Thai both domestically and internationally and has many years of coaching experience under their belts. The Jai Sua coaching team is here to help you reach your goals, regardless of what they may be.

"Two months into training with Jai Sua Muay Thai and the weight is falling off me. Had trouble sticking with the gym, but this sport is addictive so I look forward to going. Training is tough, but it's for the most part self-paced so you don't feel in over your head.

" Coming from an MMA background, I wanted to try my hand at training in a pure stand-up martial art. Glad I did – it's a completely different level here. Learning a huge amount. The club has a huge team of fighters and a stack of pros, so whatever your level you'll improve by training with Rob and his lads.

"Taking the plunge and getting through the doors was the hard part – once I got started I immediately felt at home. The lads are all go out of their way to make you welcome. Should have done it years ago.
