  • What equipment do I need for my first lesson?
    Due to Covid, we cannot provide shared gear, so you will need a pair of boxing gloves to train. If you don't have any we sell basic sets at the club for €25 or via our partner site www.nakmuayfw.com (see our shop page for more). Other than that, all you need is a bottle of water. There are additional requirements for children's classes and fighters classes. See the classes tab for more information.
  • Can I book several classes in one go?
    Yes you can select multiple classes.
  • I can't make a class I've booked. Can I get a refund?
    If you cancel your class within 48 hours of when it is due to take place, get in touch and we'll send you a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for classes due to take place in less than 48 hours as this will not give us enough time to resell the class that we had reserved for you.
  • Can I book and pay cash?
    No, unfortunately all classes must be paid for through our booking site.
  • Where can I buy the Jai Sua Muay Thai clothing and equipment?

  • Are you insured?
    Are club has public liability insurance. Head Coach Rob Carrey has completed the Basic Awareness course for working with children in Sport - the Children's Officer course through Sport Ireland and a First Aid course. We are affiliated with the governing body for Muay Thai in Ireland, the Irish Muay Thai Council (IMC). Jai Sua Muay Thai has a strict anti-bullying policy.
